House Facilities

• The house has four bedrooms and sleeps 8 people + baby.

Accommodation Comprises:

On the ground floor the fully equipped modern kitchen with breakfast area has all mod cons – hob/oven, microwave oven, dishwasher and ample cupboard storage and worktop space. There is a separate utility room with freezer, fridge, washing machine and tumble drier. The spacious lounge has a welcoming open coal fire with French doors leading to the outside decking area. The dining room, which comfortably seats eight, is also accessed from the lounge via glass doors. There is also a good sized twin bedroom with separate wc/cloakroom next door to it on the ground floor. On the first floor there is a twin bedroom and two double bedrooms, one which has an en suite shower room and wc. There is also a good sized family bathroom with shower.
